This study aims to formulate adolescent resilience strategies through a comprehensive approach integrating four intervention modalities: psychoeducation, metacognitive-based decision-making (SODAS), role-playing, and assertive communication training. Conducted at SMA Sunan Ampel Punggur, this transformative learning intervention—combining social-emotional learning (SEL) and cognitive-behavioral approaches—successfully shifted high conformity patterns into responsible independent thinking. Quantitative and qualitative evaluations revealed that 85% of participants demonstrated a significant increase in refusal self-efficacy, while thematic analysis of post-intervention reflections confirmed a fundamental shift in threat appraisal: students transitioned from viewing assertive refusal as a social risk (fear of exclusion) to recognizing it as an essential component of self-integrity. The primary contribution of this research lies in the holistic integration of these modalities and the establishment of a "Character Ambassador" community, which effectively transformed peer groups from a risk factor into a protective factor through positive peer influence. Practically, this study provides a blueprint for educational practitioners to implement sustainable character empowerment programs and contributes to a curriculum responsive to the complexities of peer pressure in the digital era. This intervention serves as a strategic preventive measure against long-term negative trajectories, such as mental disorders and juvenile delinquency, fostering a generation that is independent, high in integrity, and resilient.
