This community service program aims is designed to promote awareness and critical thinking among female members about balancing dual roles in a contemporary socio-religious environment. Women of productive age are presently facing intricate simultaneous expectations: their domestic responsibilities at home and their public roles in organizations and societal venues. The initiative was carried out within the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah self-governing group, involving female participants aged between 24 and 36 years. The event was held at the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Building located in Kalirejo and saw the participation of 15 female members. The methods used included an interactive workshop focusing on the admirable qualities of notable Islamic women, guidance on personal management, and emotional release activities through Canva-assisted personal reflection forms. The outcomes showed an enhancement in the participants' understanding and self-assurance in managing both roles according to Islamic values and the principles of inclusive independence. Discussions in groups emphasized the vital necessity of internalizing the admirable traits from Islamic history (Khadijah and Fatimah) to foster awareness regarding women's rights, duties, and capabilities for self-fulfillment in the public domain without sacrificing the domestic stability of their families
