Dakwah Digital: Peluang dan Tantangan Menyebarkan Islam di Media Sosial

The development of digital technology has changed various aspects of life, including in the spread of Islamic da'wah. Social media is a strategic platform in conveying religious messages to the wider community. This article discusses the opportunities and challenges of digital da'wah in the modern era. The opportunities offered include wide reach, interactivity, and cost-effectiveness. However, digital da'wah also faces challenges such as misinformation, hate speech, and a lack of digital understanding. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method to explore various aspects of digital da'wah. The results of the study show that digital da'wah can be an effective tool in spreading Islam if it is carried out with the right strategy and based on strong digital literacy.
